"I Think We Need To Find A Better Way to Communicate"
“ "We
need to communicate better" is said by nearly all families in business,
even
those whose relationships are solid and whose businesses are functioning effectively.
Some family members get left out of the loop, some hear words but miss the message, and
some feel unheard despite much talk between family members. The busyness of
business naturally creates communication styles that occasionally create
distance between two or more people who sincerely care about each other. This
workshop will explore what family members can do to improve being heard
and reciprocally develop better listening skills to hear what other family members are
trying to say.
Don't miss out on this exciting presentation. The workshop is being held
Friday, November 13th, in the Kendall Cram Lecture Hall, in the Lavin Bernick
Center at Tulane University's uptown campus. Register early
via email or call (504) 862-8482. A full- service breakfast will begin at 8:00
a.m..
